01Floor Plans
Dialysis floor plan layout for your site — station placement, circulation, loop piping and drainage routes, and the elevations that go with them. Revisions are included until the layout is right.
02DOH PTC Application
Preparation and filing of the Department of Health Permit to Construct application, including the site development plan, floor plan layout, and any revisions or resubmissions the agency asks for.
03Dialysis Operation
Support for standing up and running the unit — workflow, staffing structure, equipment commissioning and the operating routines that keep a centre compliant day to day.

05Site Inspection and Assessment

Printed drawing sets for submission and site use — blueprint or white print at 20×30, produced from the approved plans.
07As-Built Plan
As-built drawings prepared on completion, recording what was actually installed so the centre has an accurate record for maintenance, audits and future work.
