How it runs
From floor plan to first treatment
Every project runs the same seven stages, and each one has to be signed off before the next begins.
- 01
Floor plan & loop-piping design
Floor plans, 3D renderings, electrical load schedule, loop and drainage layouts, and elevations — prepared before a single wall goes up.
- 02
Procurement against the BOQ
Materials and sub-contractors procured against an approved bill of quantities, so cost is tracked against budget from day one.
- 03
Site preparation & build
Civil works, partitions, finishes, mechanical and electrical — built by our own construction team.
- 04
Certificate of Site Readiness
We issue a Site Readiness Checklist, monitor it, and validate on site. Installation is not scheduled until the certificate is issued.
- 05
Equipment manufacture
Your RO system, reprocessing system and mixers are fabricated in our own plant and QA-tested before they leave it.
- 06
Install, commission & train
Installation, commissioning and testing, water sampling and analysis, and training for your technicians.
- 07
Turnover & Certificate of Completion
Signed service report and Certificate of Completion, then preventive maintenance under our regional technical teams.

Station bays with serviced outlets, water and drainage at every chair.
Nurse station
Sightlines down the full length of the treatment floor.
RO plant room
Our own RO system, pre-treatment train and storage, installed and commissioned.
Reprocessing room
Dialyzer rack wall, reprocessing stations and dedicated drainage.
Consultation rooms
Doctor's rooms with exam bays and privacy curtains.
Admin & records
Cashier, admin office, manager's office and conference room.
Reception & waiting
Triage point, weighing station and patient waiting.
Engineering Support Service
Floor plans and revisions, site inspection and assessment, as-built plans, blueprinting, and the drawings required for the DOH Permit to Construct — covering architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical and ducting, plumbing and sanitary, fire protection, telecommunications, CCTV, IT and auxiliary systems.
